Here’s our Unlimited Studio Headshots FAQ, what to wear, and more tips:

How long will my session be?
Unlimited Photo Shoot at our Photo Studio near Winton Woods. We’ll send detailed directions with your confirmation email. Our appointment calendar blocks 2 hours for you but we also limit the number of sessions per week as well as per day.

What should I bring?
Your Studio Headshots include unlimited wardrobe changes –  top/shirt, jacket, with/without ties, jewelry – change up your look – great for making your audience slow the scroll!! Our studio even has woodland, garden, front porch, lake – perfect for more casual looks.

When are you available?
We’re here 6 days a week. If you don’t see a time that works for you please contact us! Call/text Malinda at 513-245-4100.

How do I book my headshot session?
Just click a date then a time below. Easy, fast, secure. We accept credit cards and PayPal for your Retainer of $200.

What backgrounds are available?
Let us know if you have a preference, or we can help you choose based on your look. In studio: white, black, brown, dark gray, lighter more contemporary gray, tan, olive green, plus natural outdoor areas (covered porch, woodland, lake – great for yoga/fitness/athletes/naturalists/…). Please let us know if you’re matching existing images.

Do you offer hair & makeup?
We have a ‘studio kit’ for touchups, and we pay careful attention to details for each session. We also have referrals for amazing professionals who specialize in photo shoots. We also have recommendations perfect the whole group or office – a great investment!

I hate having my picture taken…
Boy, we kinda do too! But don’t worry! We’ll take a few minutes when you get to the studio to talk about the look you’re going for and take it from there. We go over clothing and pick the best background to suit you. We’ll go over easy tips on how to stand to look your best.  We have bluetooth speakers perfect for your favorite playlist.

When/how will I see & select my photos?
You’ll select your images right after your photoshoot, as many as you like, $100 per image for our Authentic edit and rights for regular usage.  Then we edit your chosen images and deliver via dropbox usually 24-48 hours later. Rush services are available too.

What if I have a group or whole office that needs headshots?
No problem! We’re news photographers (used to working on location) & happy to come to you! Tell us more and we’ll create something just for you.
